Things around the Werewolf Capture Unit were generally dull on the days that weren’t on or near a full moon. So being one of those slow days, Pierce was only tasked with gathering useful bits of information for the WCU. There had been many rumors of an unregistered werewolf sighted in the Hogsmeade area, so that would be where he’d be spending the day. Pierce just loved having the opportunity to spend his day questioning random citizens. Not! It had to be the most boring part of his job, but it had to be done unfortunately.
Apparating into the small, snow covered village, Pierce grinned as he remembered his time there as a young lad. He couldn’t ever remember having a bad experience when he visited this place on one of those special Hogsmeade trips during his school years. And by the looks of things now, it was one of those days that the current students were able to visit the small village. Setting off down the main street, Pierce had to dodge random barrages of children as he began his search for a suitable local to commence his investigation.

IT'S AN OBESSION THE WAY I FEEL .. THE DEVIL'S GOT MY SOUL LOCKED IN ON YOU. ROSALEEN ANDREWSRosaleen nursed her soda she had asked Tom to get for her. She loved the taste it left in her mouth, and how she had to use the straw to get the drink from her can to her mouth. But she knew all about this, she was muggleborn after all. Shrugging to herself, she pushed open the doors that let her into Hogsmeade. Today was okay seeing as it was winter and there was snow. She sighed. It couldn't get worse then this!
Walking through the crowd she shivered in the cold, still nursing her drink, she tryed to keep out of peoples way. She didn't want to get stuck in a crowd and get in trouble, like she was prone to do if she was here with James or Louis. Those to were annoying, but good company she must say. Sighing she tugged at her scraft, gold and yellow, to keep her warm. Knowing, or in actual fact, hoping she won't walk into someone. She peeked into her book bag and stopped in a silent second. Her eyes roamed the crowd, before she walked over to the nearest shop.
Dropping her can in the garbage she exit the building quickly, her eyes scanning the crowd as she searched for a famaliar face, that was until she notice a older man dodging children. Odd, some of the people of Hogsmeade usually waited until after, or before the students came out. Shrugging she let her curiousity get the better of her as she followed the older man. Pushing past the group of boys he had perviously dodged she looked back to say sorry to the one she had accidently bumped into when she came front first into the back of the strange man. Falling onto her ass she looked up at the man and started to stutter.
'S-Sorry Mister!' She whispered, hoping her voice was lost in the crowd. God was she blushing! She looked around her the contents of her bag had spilled out onto the snowy grounds and the students were advoiding her like she was a poision. 'Bloody hell!'
She whispered again getting onto her knees and grasping her bag. Reaching for her book on werewolves and vampires, she closed her eyes wishing she wasn't seen out like this! [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Pierce decided on starting his investigation with some of the shopkeepers located further down the street. Pulling his cloak tighter around himself, he continued trudging through the snow that covered the roadway. He was hoping that someone actually had some information that he could really use. The last time that he was sent to find out some stuff, it turned into a wild goose chase and was just an utter waste of his time. He was not about to let that happen again.
Side-stepping a small group of children, Pierce was forced to stop short to keep himself from running over a young lad. As he did so, he felt something thud into the back of him. “Oi,” he groaned turning around to find a girl on ground trying to gather her scattered belongings. “Are you alright there?.. Let me help you with that.” He offered as he picked up her book for her and offered his hand to help her up.

IT'S AN OBESSION THE WAY I FEEL .. THE DEVIL'S GOT MY SOUL LOCKED IN ON YOU. ROSALEEN ANDREWS'OI!' He had said when she had hit him. She looked at him as he spoke again, 'Areyou alright there?.. Let me help you with that.' She freaked suddenly, but pushed her quills and paper into her bag before taking the hand that was outstretched. Taking it she pulled herself up, stumbling slightly. She shut her eyes, hoping not to look embarassed. She wasnt on to run into people like that, and she usually had a good feeling of Hogsmeade. She could evenread a book and walk here.
Dusting the snow from her, she brushed the last of the snow from her muggle jeans and tighen her scraf around her neck again, looking up at the strange man. She forgotten to take her book back. S-sorry! I wasn't watching where I was ... going.' She was a terrible lier when it came to adults. Wanting to smack her face with a pan, much like a house elf would do, she crossed her arms, eyes looking right at the book. Thinking it rude, she stretched her hand out, notfor her book yet, but in a welcome/thanks kind of thing. 'Rosaleen Andrews. I can't really say sorry, if I don't know you name. That was a good lie.

ooc: it’s all good. my posts pretty much suck all the time. (i.e. see post below. heh.)
Pierce gave the young girl an amused smile as he helped her up out of the snow. Not meaning to be rude, he couldn’t help but chuckle a little to himself when he saw how flustered she looked. He didn’t mind at all that she had run into him, but she seemed to be taking it oddly hard on herself. “It’s all good. No harm, no foul, right? Well, except for the fact that I think I may have gotten a bit of whiplash.” He teased, rubbing the back of his neck jokingly.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you Miss Andrews. I’m Pierce Anderson, and there is really no need to apologize.” He grinned as he shook her hand. Then noticing her gaze fall on the book that he forget he was still holding, he went to hand it back but then noticed what it was about. “Vampires and… werewolves, eh?” He said aloud with a raised eyebrow. “Doing a report for class or just some personal reading?” He questioned, quite intrigued by why she was interested in the book.
