Where she stepped up since she has a keen understanding of werewolves, since the time her husband was mauled by a certain Grayback

When it comes to friends, Fleur does tend to be a little picky, however. She has such a list of extended family that it really doesn't much matter, since she always has someone around who knows her or her husband. Fleur, isn't as vain or shallow as her beauty might dictate, age has matured the young woman. Motherhood has truly made her shine. She likely has good friends from the Order. (which she still stays in contact with, just in case).
So yeah, really her family is her closest friends, but she's open to others, that can tolerate being around her veela blooded self, since many woman can not stand her still.

I am sure that she has several, when it comes to work she is strictly all about work. She is gifted and aggressive with her knowledge, she works tirelessly to make sure things go well. This aggressive way has likely not won her any friends. Her promotion to the head of the ward for tending to Werewolf patients was quick and she was chosen from many applicants. She is part veela, so this gives some people reason to dislike her right there. The fact she is very blunt also doesn't help. So yeah, just about anything here too.

Lets see, she has a string of broken hearts behind her most certainly. Her ability to gather herself and be charming has caused more than one boy to scream at her and faint dead away. She's had a few past relationships, before the Last War, but all that was over when Bill Weasley asked her if she needed help with her english. It was from that point on the two's interest in one another grew. Even after Grayback mauled him, she stood by her man, and has for the past twenty two or so years. She's happily married and wouldn't trade her husband for anyone else. He's still beautiful in her eyes. So only past since she's a devote wife and mother.

When it comes to family, she has her three babies, whom will always be her babies, the Weasley clan and her sister Gabrielle. Fleur tends to be close to her family, and love them all. She is very happy and proud of the family she married into. She brought money of her own to the marriage, so there was no need to worry for her children. Than there is the fact that her husband is a excellent cursebreaker as well, she herself works for Saint Mungos. She is part veela, but otherwise a pureblooded wizard, she has connections through the Weasley's and through her sister and her mum and dad in France. So I am sure she's got cousins, from her parents side as well.
