{This post takes place a few days after he is attached by a werewolf. Only three people know about the tack so unless you play Dominique you don't know he is a werewolf. I play the other two characters that know."}
Korus walked through the halls heading back to his common room. Today was his first day back to Hogwarts. He had not wanted to return. But Dominique had told him to. It was not easy pretending to be normal. He wanted to run and never look back. Oh how he just wanted to forget what had happened to him that night. As he walked through the corridors a slight brush started to show on his face as he thought of Dominique. When there was no one else around he sighed and leaned against the wall a put his head in his hands. Dominique had bean so nice that night at the hospital. Even though she knew what he would become in nineteen nights during the full moon. No matter how nice she was he could never let himself date her. He would be terrified that he might attack her some day. He would never forgive himself for turning her into a monster like the beast that attacked him.

Dominique had been stressing the last few days, not entirely sure whether Korus would return to school or not. He was her responsibility, her first big project. If she failed in this, Vincent would never trust her with anything else again. Nothing of any importance. She'd be relegated to the fringe of the pack, small as it was, and there was no way she was giving up her place as his right hand. She frowned, thinking of that little suckup, Bram. He was under the impression that HE was the most important asset to their master. She'd let him think that for the moment, but soon he was going to get a big surprise. She smirked as she continued down the passage, dreams of kicking that little braggart down and showing him his place thrilling her to her core. She finally came across Korus, and her first feeling was relief. He decided to stay after all. Then her relief warred with unease. She had to guarantee he'd take their side but wasn't sure about how far she was willing to go to secure his allegiance. She put that aside for the moment, she'd deal with that detail no sooner than she absolutely had to. Taking a deep breath, she walked over to Korus and put her hand on his shoulder. Standing close to his ear, she breathed quietly, "Sickle for your thoughts?"

Korus had his eye's closed as Dominique came around the corner. He was so deep in thought that he felt her hand rest on his shoulder. His eyes flew open his eye's burned with anger. He had not realized it was Dominique until it was almost to late. Once he realized who it was he felt even worse than he already did if that was possible. He wanted to die. A slow smile spread across her face as she whispered sickle for your thoughts. "I was just thinking about how my life is going to be now. It isn't going to be easy. Especially since I didn't register with the ministry. If anyone finds out my life could be in trouble. I'm just glad I can trust you." He let out a slow sigh and wished he had bean able to ask Dominique out on a real date before he had bean attacked. He was so surprised how Dominique was acting. She was so kind. How could he ever repay her for his kindness to him.

Bram watched silently, hands crossed over his chest. His eyes were trained on the two of them, the little ho and her playmate or whatever they called those relationships these days. She was unloyal and undeserving of his masters interests. The fool... Neglected her assignment completely. But that wasn't why he was here. It didn't concern him and bringing such things as disloyalty and fooling around to Vincent wasn't the brightest of ideas. He learned his lesson... Bram unconsciously touched the scar behind his head. Whatever it was didn't concern him. However, the situation at the current did. Just picking up on a few words like unregistered and life now he was able to piece together the situation..... The dumb ho had gone and blabbed her secret to this nobody! dumb wench. Bram was practically seeping with delight. He knew she was inadequate for the job... and now his master could finally see. Though the issue with containing this might prove a problem. He wondered if Hogwarts would miss one less student.

Dominique was ready to puke with disgust at herself. She knew it was wrong, she was being suddenly too nice, too soft, too sympathetic. Whatever it took to keep him on the hook, short of sticking her tongue down his throat, she was committed. She wondered briefly what Vincent would think. He would be the first one to say no 'sacrifice' was too good for the cause, but a part of her still felt like she had to be careful. It almost felt like cheating on him. Not quite though. Another part of her felt just the slightest bit of guilt about Korus. So slight it was more like a memory of what guilt used to feel like. If things had gone differently she might have seen him as a friend, a boyfriend, who knew? But as it stood, she had to stay on this path. Maybe once he was a part of a bigger cause, he'd be as committed as she herself was, and understand how much more important it was to think for the group, all of this would just fade. Maybe she'd be able to gradually shift it back to some fond acquaintance.
Maybe Santa was real too.
She slipped a paper with a time and date on it, underneath was written The Three Broomsticks. It was the date of the next Hogsmeade weekend. She slipped away with a little smile, toward her dorm before anyone noticed her gone.
"You'll always be able to trust me Korus"

Korus continued to smile but it was a week smile. It was always good to be around Dominique. When she handed him a sheet of paper a huge smile spread across his face. She wanted to hang out with him on the next Hogsmade trip. That would brighten his day. He wasn't even planning on going but with this news how could he not. And when she whispered that she could always trust him he knew he really could. "Thank you, I'll see you there," he whispered in return. "I knew I could. And I'll see you there I promise." He tucked the sheet of paper in his pocket. He was about to say something else but he could swear he heard someone breathing just around the corner. "I think someone is listening in on our conversation." Fear began to show in his eyes. What if they knew what he was. His life could be in danger.

He already had enough, Vincent needed to be informed. Bram watched as the side project went on her way down the hall. Which meant it was his que to go. He still had to figure out a way to get into the girls dorm but... that was for another day. For now he had more impressive matters to attend to. With that, he walked off down the hall away from the loverbirds, unaware the snivelling pigs were shivering with fright.
