She really has something against Scorpius, doesn't she? Taking another huge swig of her Butterbeer, she wondered what could be the cause of their rivalry. Rose seemed pretty obsessive about it. Was it just a matter of marks? Juliet saw that Rose, like any respectable Ravenclaw, liked to keep up her good marks, but she didn't think that she was proud enough to not be able to accept that a person can't be good at everything.
"That would be great, thanks." Juliet smiled, breathing an inner sigh of relief. Louis was good at Runes, right? They had that class together and he never seemed to be struggling. Then again, he never did. And most Ravenclaws wouldn't admit they were struggling for the life of themselves. She laughed at the irony of his next statement. "Yeah, definitely!" And it'll be way more fun, too. She never really thought about how lonely studying... well, alone could be.
She was listening to the conversation between Rose and Louis and was about to raise her mug to her lips again when Louis spoke to her. "Hm? Oh... I don't really... have a problem with her...." Her voice trailed away as she expected a withering glance from Rose.

She could hear the hidden hints of mockery in his tone. He was too obvious. Brat. She grumbled to herself, glaring daggers at him behind the glass of butterbeer. Ever since the prick had gotten Prefect his ego seemed to inflate over night, and add on a hundred years on his life. Suddenly he thought he was some wise elder or whatever. "Juliet" she added to her sincerely. "If you've got any sense you'd reject that offer of his. He's distractive. The only thing his help will aid you with is achieving your first T" With that said she took a gulp of her butterbeer, attempting to wash away her annoyance. She was begining to look crazy with her talk of Malfoy. It was obvious noone could see the truth.. they were blinded by a web of lies.
"Whatever." she grumbled. They weren't in the same year as her... they didn't have to share a ROOM with Malfoy. They'd never understand. Atleast she had Hugo on her side to rant and gossip to.

Louis grinned, he was expecting Juliet to turn down his offer, but, he was glad that she didn’t. At least studying for Runes wouldn’t be boring any longer, not that it was boring in the first place. Still, a company had always been good every now and then to stimulate the brain and to gain a different perspective. Plus, just because he had never needed any study partner, that doesn’t mean that he couldn’t start finding one, after all, it was never too late to start. “Just let me know where and where, I’ll make the time,” Louis said with a smile plastered on his face. It wouldn’t be such a bad idea to study with someone. But of course, as usual, Rose would attempt to demean his ability or even scare of someone from hanging out with Louis, not that it ever stopped anyone, still, Rose tried. “Hmm... You might, I wouldn’t know,” Louis said playfully, taking back the bottle of butterbeer that he had placed on the table back. “But, I can’t be that bad of a study partner,” He added, grinning as he took another sip from the bottle. Rose, she definitely hadn’t failed to amuse Louis just yet. What a funny cousin he had.
Having Juliet agreeing with him would definitely not sit right with Rose. It didn’t even take long, but Louis’ hunch was proven to be accurate. Rose wasn’t pleased and still wanted to be insistent on the fact that Professor Malfoy was playing favourites. She didn’t say it in so many words, but, as far as words goes, Rose’s reaction was enough. “You probably shouldn’t try too hard,” Louis said simply, back to fiddling with the bottle in his hand. Of course, his advice would be taken the wrong way by Rose, as it always was. Still, Louis couldn’t help himself. She was his cousin after all and the least he could do was make sure she wasn’t completely frantic over one professor. “Like insisting to answer every question or making yourself appear important coz I can assure you that the Professor could remember your name alright,” Louis continued, he wasn’t showing off, but, Rose was Rose and there was nothing he could do about it. “And Jules, how about this Friday, after Potions?” Louis turned his attention back to Juliet, it was far more beneficial talking to Juliet than Rose sometimes.
