"First match of the season, hitting it off on a grand note with some good old mixed teams. Nothing wrong with a little house integration i'd say though im not liking the set up with the second team. Whats this?! They're all related? Cant be a coincidence scheming buggars. And what the hell is up with all the slytherins on team one?!?!" he scowled lowly before getting slapped across the head from a professor. Dylan smiled apologetically, rubbing his head then returning his attention back to the game.

"Right then, the players are ready... THE BALLS HAVE BEEN RELEASED! THE GAME HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED, The quaffle is up for grabs who will grab it first??!" he added in anticipation watching carefully behind the stands.

Dominique hopped on her broom and lifted off, leaning into the wind. She hated winter games and hoped for her team to score fast and get a quick finish. She leaned out to grab the quaffle...

[Matteo Sandoval]

Matteo was there to keep the peace and an eye on security that was all. He didn't find school games interesting but he noticed some chunky girl go for the quaffle. She looked ferocious. Probably batted for the other team he thought to himself, then turned back to pay more attention to the other people in the stands.

[Dylan Cooper]

Dylan jumped out of his seat out of a fit of excitement and frustration. Figured she'd get the quaffle. Tch. Grabbing the mic he shouted out loudly "WEASLEY'S GOT THE QUAFFLE, Like taking candy from a baby. Other players must be off their game to let some girl go and take over.." he mumbled. A weasley no less. There were too many of them in the school as it was, the number was absurbd.

[Dominique Weasley]

Dominique was determined to get the first score of the game. She waited for a clear shot then aimed as close to the hoops as she dared to get.

[Hugo Weasley]

Hugo, being the failure at life that he was, signed up for the Quidditch match in hopes of impressing a certain someone. It all seemed pretty cool in his head, but when it came time for his first game the realization of what he signed himself up for hit him like a ton of bricks. He was quite terrified and on the brink of wetting his pants. He barely knew anything about Quidditch and was pretty pathetic when it came to flying. He was a beater...

what do beaters do anything? Beat people?

Hugo looked at the wooden club he was holding and wondered if he was supposed to whack people with it....nah probably not

Hugo scanned the field, hoping to get an idea of what to do by watching the other players. Dominique, his dear beast of a cousin, had caught the quaffle and from what he could remember..she was supposed to get it through the hoops as a chaser. The keepers were blocking the hoops...and as a beater he supposed he would try and stop her.

It was not difficult to spot a bludger and as soon as he did, Hugo leaned forward and flew towards it, club in hand, and swung at it as hard as he could, aiming for Dominique.

"HUGO WEASLEY SWINGS AT THE BLUDGER AND---- MISSES HORRIBLY OOOH Bludger's smacked him right in the face. Is this the end for him?" Dylan shouted into the microphone. Poor Hugo, perhaps this was the reason behind him not being on the offial quidditch team... He wondered if the poor bloke would manage to get back up from this hit.

Dylan looked to the opposing teams keeper "Will Wood be able to block Dominique or is this one lucky ho-----" He noticed the threatening look the professor beside him gave him and quickly added "--rse" smiling innocently. Damn... he couldn't get anything said while being babysat.

[Rosaleen B. Andrews]

Rosaleen took it upon her self to drive after the bludger sent for her team mate. Seeing it miss her horribly, she knew what to do. She grinned and with all her strength her tiny body could muster, she hit the bludger back the way it came. Aiming directly at Hugo Weasley. She watched, with eyes alit as she waited for it to make contact!

"OHOH WHATS THIS HERE?! ANDREWS IS GOING FOR THE BLUDGER AND AIMING AT HUGO WEASLEY?! AND---- SHE JUST MISSES IT. Lucky for Hugo Weasley eh?" He added. Now almost rooting for the poor guy. Smacked in the face and not long after having another possible injury. Well... atleast now he had an excuse for that face of his

Hugo swung too high and missed the bludger completely. It was a horrible miss but there was no time for him to be embarrassed because next thing he knew, Hugo was hit smack in the face with the very same bludger he tried to hit. The impact caused him to lose grip of his broom and he landed on the ground with a great big thump!

It didn't take long for him to come to and there weren't any serious injuries, only a swollen face and bloody lip. It was the most attractive he had ever looked. He was in great pain but wasn't about to look like a big pansy by quitting. The Hufflepuff mustered all the strength left in his little body and got right back on the broom and headed straight towards a bludger.

[Rosaleen B. Andrews]

She drove and took the bludger again, aiming at the other Beater. NO one was hiting her team mate, even if she was in anohter how. A dark look passed the usual happy Gryffindor 5th year as she swung her bat at the bludger and aimed it once more at Hugo.

"WHAT A SURPRISE! HUGO WEASLEY IS BACK UP AND READY TO ROAR! HE SWINGS AGAIN AND--- JUST MISSES! Least the bludger swerved past this time" He shrugged then noticed from the corner of his eye Andrews back in action. "ANDREWS IS GOING FOR THE SECOND BLUDGER" He shouted, jumping out of his seat, nearly toppling over to look closely "She must be holding some sort of grudge against Hugo because--- she aims for him again AND IT GOES THROUGH JUST BARELY! ouch Hugo is slugged in the arm" He winced. This was begining to look like a deathmatch for Hugo than a game...

[Scorpius Malfoy]

Scorpius had been flying around, waiting for a chance to get the quaffle. He saw a blurry streak head ast him, straight for Hugo. He wanted to yell warning, and was about to call out, "Hey, Weasley," then realized the futility of it since most of the players were Weasleys
By the time he wrapped his head around it, it was too late, he had gone down. He cringed and dismissed his concern when he saw Hugo fly right back and aim again at Dominque. Yep, a brave guy if he ever saw one. His esteem for the Hufflepuff rose a bit higher.

Dominique almost laughed as Hugo kept missing her. Someone really needed to take that boy out and give him lessons. She gave Rosaleen a thumps up as she flew past, waiting for the quaffle to go reach the hoop and come back into play...it seemed to be taking FOREVER >.>
Part of her wanted to pat Hugo on the back for his determination...and part of her wanted to smack him on the head. Not to worry, she'd deal with him later.
