Easy come, Easy go that's just how you live take, take, take it all but you never give Rosaleen Andrews
Black was what the sky reflected onto the lake. A bench, lonely sitting by the lake, seemed to of held a silent perch for those who were no longer with the living. But it would seem, that no one was there. No, not when the snow slowly fell on the crisp, cool night in December. The grounds were covered in the fluffy white stuff that the school's students loved to use as weapons, when there wands were out of reach. But that was not the case tonight. Oh no, tonight was meant to be silent as the sliced moon shown brightly through the cracks in the clouds. Lighting the clouds in a bath of grey, and the grounds in a sparkling white wonderland.
But there was a stir in the still wind of the night. A shadow from a creature casted it's present upon the white wonderland know as the Hogwart's grounds. The shadow, in the form of a human, stretched farther then the actual humans height would be. The time, nearing midnight. Curfew was being broken so the human being could take in the nights beauty. Breathing was the only thing to be heard other then the crunch of the snow below the humans feet. The near perfect silence was broken by the screech of an owl and the shocked scream of a girl .
'Oh Cripple!' The girl gasped as the owl landed on the ground before the girl, the human who had entered the grounds. The girl reached down to the happy owl picking it up and looking at the note it carried. Simple, dainty. Her mother, the girl thought. Although her mother was a muggle, she loved making everything neat and tidy. 'Thank you Cripple.' The owl slowly turned it's head to wards the girl, and she gasped once more. She had seen it many times before, it was the reason she had loved and taken to the owl. The owl's left eyes was missing from a fight it had gotten into, there fore, his name. Taking the note, she let Cripple sit upon her shoulder, perched if you must. The girl unrolled the note and looked at the penned ink.
Dear Rosaleen,
How is Hogwarts my dear? Your father is doing well, he just a spot of the flu, nothing to be worried about. He fought it quick well, if I do say so myself. I am well as well, before you ask I thought I might mention it my dear.
Now, Cripple was a mess when he arrived home from delivering your letter, what have you done to him before he took flight, for I know he is not one to mess up his good looks. I gave him a bath with the fruity soups you use. I know, but would you expect me to use your father's? Thought not.
You father wants to send his best wishes, and to tell you to keep reading. We, as in your father and I, have a business trip to go to over the Christmas Holidays and thought it would be grand that you stay at Hogwarts for once, maybe even get gifts there from us? Hmm?
I must go and get someone to watch Philly for us my dear. Lots of hugs and kisses.
Mom.
The girl, Rosaleen, sighed heavily. Her baby brother Philly, a muggle, was going to have to stay with Nana-Andrews and that was never good. Shrugging she looked over at her owl, Crippled and grinned with those big pearly whites. 'Wanna have some fun?' Her smile gave her thoughts away as her eyes drifted to the Forbidden Forest. Her muscles stiffen. Would she really? Hell, yes! Taking a large stride, she hurried forward, enjoying the fall of the snow as it graced it's self upon her brown hair.

It was past curfew, and nothing new for him. Curfews were set as moments in time to cause mischief and other such stunts. He had just finished jinxing the first year practice brooms and was just about starting to get hungry when he noticed the owl swoop low and perch itself onto the figures shoulder. Wary, he slowed down his pace a bit and quieted down his steps to the best of his ability. He wasn't afraid of getting in trouble, but if it was a professor or prefect.. well.. He wanted to atleast be able to be the first one to attack or scatter, whichever the situation called for first. It didn't take long for him to figure out this was a student, which only seemed to make the expression on his face widen. Who knew filling his appetite would come to be this easy?
Scab came up behind the girl quietly, his breathing quieted as he followed behind her, the distance between them shortening until finally he was close enough where he took it upon himself to grab her close, holding his hand over her mouth to qwell any possible screams or potest. With her in his grasp, he leaned his face close to her right ear and whispered "Don't you know that monsters come out at night?" He licked his lips hungrily, smoothing her hair out of her face with his free hand.

should of known you be trouble from the first kiss had you eyes wide open, why where they open? Rosaleen Andrews
'Don't you know that monsters come out at night.'
The attacker said. Cripple, her owl, was in the air in a flash, hooting wildly. But as Rosaleen struggled to scream, she felt the hand of her attacker, smooth the hair out of her face. The smacking of his lips behind her ear sent a chill down her spine, but she refused to shiver. Growling in her throat as struggled to break free, and if she could, oh she would hex this boy to pieces! He was going to get what he had coming. No possible way for his child to be reproduced, and a very nasty jynx. She had dropped her letter in her struggles and as she finally thought of it, she used her good old muggle training. Bringing her arm up she bent it just so her elbow would meet the attacker's stomach and swung back. If she had made contract or not, she had no clue, but she had manged to through her self onto the snow covered ground, her owl soaring down to sit perch next to her. Looking up at her attacker, Rosaleen Andrews felt a smug smirk crawling across her face. She could tell he was a Slytherin, she heard of this fellow! She spat on the ground and felt like beating the crap out of him. But Cripple seemed to notice her shift in a second. The owl, itself, was basically her familiar. Patting down her socks, if you will, she grasped her wand and flung it up to her attackers face. Still upon the ground, she felt like she was going to have to run, but, would she? A Gryffindor was brave, and she, would protect herself from this beast, if she must. 'The only monster here is you, Geoffrey Scabinger!' She spat at the ground again. Cripple, her one eyes owl, hooted again in silent agreement. Oh boy did she love that owl! [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Geoffrey could smell the fear wafting off of her, such a delicious scent it was. He grunted as the elbow collided with his stomach, which caused him to release her from his grasp. Before he could even comment he felt the wand hit him square in the forehead. Scab rubbed at his head momentarily, he enjoyed struggles... he enjoyed fights but.. this was just too easy. The pleasure was obvious judging by the look on his face. The girl couldn't have been more stupid than to throw away the only thing that could stop him, disarming herself unknowingly. He couldn't help himself from laughing, the girl was just so damn stupid he couldn’t contain it. Scooping the wand up, he thoughtfully twirled it in his hands. This night was turning out to be more fun than he had expected. Not only would he get to fill his appetite, but also get a few laughs out of it too. Smirking, he looked down at the girl with amusement.
"Looks like you dropped something important" he waved her own wand at her teasingly. "Tell you what.. if you make this easy, I promise to be gentle" sincere was what he was aiming to pull of, though his excitement of the situation and inability to hold it back made him appear to be mocking her. Oh well. He was likely to have his way with her regardless of her protests.

black, black, black and blue beat me 'till i'm numb tell the devil i said, hey, when you get back from where your from. Rosaleen Andrews
'Looks like you dropped something important.' Rosaleen felt her creeks actually grow hot in embarassment! No, she would not let him have that pleasure, putting up a determain face, she closed her hands into tiny fists. She, she had to get out of here! Think ... muggle, yeah! No wait, be a girl, use it! What was that supposed to me! Climbing to her feet she looked up at the older boy and felt her fear melt away in a second. Oh yes, she could be stubborn.
'Tell you what.. if you make this easy, I promise to be gentle.' She felt her lungs give out on her as she held in her laughter. But of course, her laughter bursted forward. She brought her hand to her hair, twirling the single strand around her finger, she was bitting her lip. Looking completely and utterly innoucent. She felt her eyes travel the boy from foot to eyes. She was so going to play the sad, girl. ''Please, give it back Geoffrey.''
She wanted to punch him. She could, she could bring back her fist and smash it into his face if she wanted. Her hands were still balled in fists. 'gentle with what!' She was worried. Oh god, what was going to happen! No, she was going to fight, she was going to fight and if she had she'd run, grab a stick and stick it up his arse if she had too! She was not going to back down with out a fight, or her wand! Thinking, she new what to do. Go so far as to be 'easy' snatch her wand back and blast him away! YES![/blockquote] Me SpeakingYou speakingThink[/blockquote]

Malcolm was walking through the castle grounds when he saw a Slytherin tormenting a Gryffindor girl. He could just stand by and watch, He walked over to them and said "Oi you stop pestering this young lady, didn't your mother teach you proper manners" He said as he saw that she might be able to defend herself. He said to the girl "Hi there, my name is Malcolm whats your name?" He finished as he stood beside her ready to help her out she needed help.

The act might have worked had she not laughed. Geoffrey stared at her unamused. Was she really in a position to be laughing right about now? He felt compelled to beat some sense into her, but.. if she wanted to play the victim who was he to deny her of the right? Satisfied he grinned, allowing his eyes to look her up and down, she must have felt desperate to have to force herself to act."tch.. thats not convincing enough. How about something along the lines of 'please give it back Master Geoffrey, my stupid brain allowed me to lose my only glimmer of hope, shed some mercy on the fact that I was born without common sense'" He smiled, satisfied of his request. It did sound like something he'd enjoy to hear, something thatd be ingrained in his brain forever. Something he could have fun taunting her with for years. Yes... he'd very much like that.
He scratched his head with her wand, trying to think if there was anything else missing. "And maybe like... get on your knees and do it?" he suggested with a shrug. Maybe he was pushing it a bit... but she seemed desperate enough to consider it, didn't hurt to give it a try? "... well?" he asked, raising the wand just a bit. He mused to himself the idea of her kissing his feet in the process.. then submitting to his every request. The image shattered within moments at the arrival of the twat. Scab stared at the prat. Figured someone had to up and ruin his fun. "Isn't it a little late for you to be out?" he asked the new comer, his voice oozing with contempt. He hated having his fun taken from him.

'tch.. thats not convincing enough. How about something along the lines of 'please give it back Master Geoffrey, my stupid brain allowed me to lose my only glimmer of hope, shed some mercy on the fact that I was born without common sense' Her face took on a dark look. HELL no! She felt her fist ball up again and she wanted to spit at him. But she wanted her wand back.
'And maybe like... get on your knees and do it?' She sneered, a look worthy of a true Slytherin. '... well?' She felt like ripping him a new one when a new voice entered and she felt her shoulders relax. 'Oi! you stop pestering this young lady, didn't you mother teach you proper manners?' She grinned and stuck her tongue out at Geoffrey. Take that loser! She watched the new comer look at her and then say again, but to her.
'Hi there, my name is Malcolm, what's your name?' He said and he was beside her in a second. She nodded, a bright smile on her face as she crossed her arms and glared at Geoffrey. Ha! She had back up now! But Geoffrey had to be the bastard he wanted to be and begain to speak rudely to her savior! 'Isn't it a little late for you to be out?' But she glared at Geoffrey.
'My name is Rosaleen Andrews. Nice to meet you Malcolm!'
Rosaleen said to Malcolm, looking at the savior, well the one who had saved her from beggin. 'Geoffrey and I were having, a creative descusion.' She didn't like the word fight, and she didn't like getting people in trouble, whoever they were. Malcolm could of been a perfect! She gave a dark look towards the Slytherin, and shuttered from the cold. 'We were decussing how, it is rude to not give back a wand when it was thrown, by accident!' She hissed the last word. She was used to her muggle training! [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Malcolm smiled back at Rosaleen and said "It is nice to meet you as well Rosaleen." Malcolm then finished off by saying "Yes it is very rude" He then turned his attention to Geoffrey and said "No it isn't too late for me to be out as if it is too late for me then it is surely too late for you as well. now give back what you took or i would have no choice but to report you"
Malcolm then write on a note Play along, i am not really a prefect but he doesn't know that. and then muttered "Aparecium" to make the words only readable to Rosaleen. Malcolm then finished off by grabbing Rosaleen's hand and slips the note into it.

"Really? Cause just a moment ago I could have sworn I heard you pleading for your wand back?" he smirked. Typical. A sudden denial of reality and a need to put on a brave front once some bloke walks in. His patience was begining to wear thin with the guy however, who clearly had to go. Geoffrey pocketed the girls wand, and pulled out his own, if he had to get this settled, he wanted to atleast be certain of the wands capabilities. The wand always did match the owner, and if the girl was stupid, the wand was likely to follow in its suit if stupidity.
"Report me?" he let out a bark-like laugh, though once the laughter ended he stood up straight and looked at the guy seriously. "Clearly you don't know me. For that, i'll forgive you. Just go ahead, i'm a little busy at the moment." his voice was less amused and more stern, sounding more like an order. He didn't appreciate people taking his toys from him.

'It is nice to meet you as well Rosaleen.' Rosaleen nodded. She looked at Geoffrey again. 'Yes it is very rude.' 'Really? Cause just a moment ago I could have sworn I heard you pleading for your wand back?' The eldest boy spoke first, and then Geoffrey. How boring, they were brickering and then he had the nerve to say that!
'No it isn't too late for me to be out as if it is too late for me then it is surely too late for you as well. now give back what you took or i would have no choice but to report you.' 'Report me?' He barked and Rosaleen inwardly groan as she stared at the two bickering boys. 'Clearly you don't know me. For that, i'll forgive you. Just go ahead, i'm a little busy at the moment.' SHE could've grapped her wand but Geoffrey had pocketed it.
She bent down to grab her note her mother had given her, letting her long hair cover her face as she read the note Malcolm had given her, covering the note from Malcolm with snow she took her other wet note from the ground. Standing up she smirked and crossed her arm over her chest. This was going to be good! Parting her lips in silent awe, she wanted to walk up to Geoffrey and punch him.
Before she would understand what she was doing she took a step forward, pulling back her fist and flinging it forward towards Geoffrey's face. 'You bastard, that's my wand!' She yelled angrily! She was pissed! NO ONE, took her wand! Oh, she just wanted him to try and stop her, she would freaken bite him.

Malcolm saw Rosaleen rush towards Geoffrey and said "No Rosaleen, don't stoop to his level. its just what he wants you to do" he then grabbed her arm and pulled her back. He then saw a Owl come to him and drop a letter into his hand. Dear Mr Longhat I am just writing to inform you that you are a Prefect He then took out a badge and promptly put it on his chest.
He then turned towards Geoffrey and pointed his wand to him before he could attack him and shouted "Expelliarmus" Malcolm then grabbed Geoffrey and Rosaleen's wands and handed Rosaleen's back to her and said "here Geoffrey you can have your wand back, i wont report you this time but don't test me because i wont be generous to a Slytherin again.

At that point he wasn't really phased with being disarmed, the moment the girl took a swing at him he felt just a little bit of pleasure. He enjoyed that kind of fiestiness in a girl. Hit full force with the punch, he touched the blood from his lip, looking at it with amusement. It really had been a while since he'd had this much fun. Grabbing her by the wrist, he tugged her close to him so they were barely an inch apart. "that really hurt..." he faked a pout, pretending to have been hurt by this whole thing. "How do you expect to fix this?" Geoffrey asked her, moving his other hand below her chin, lifting it up so she could look up at him. That look of anger and contempt... he had to admit, was a bit of a turn on.
Not being able to contain the smirk that so easily slipped on his face, "I heard that saliva has healing qualities..." he said, almost wondering out loud for a moment, he eyed her deviously, adding without any hesitation "lets test that out, shall we?" Before even waiting for an answer, he pulled her in close to him, catching her by surprise and pressing his lips against hers. They were sweet, he wasn't sure if it was from her chapstick or from the fear he tasted.

LETS LOOK BACK ON IT
"No Rosaleen, don't stoop to his level. its just what he wants you to do" he then grabbed her arm and pulled her back. Rosaleen, did not, and she ment did not, like to be grab in such a way. Pulling free she went for another swing and hit Geoffrey in the face. Making his lip bleed. She soon watched her wand return to Malcolm along with Geoffrey's. Shit! Geoffrey was on her in a second and she wanted to scream, but her damn Gryffindor pride would not let her. WHY! She was being effin attacjed! 'lets test that out, shall we?'
ON TO THE STORY
She screamed in fear against Geoffrey. Kicking violently, she twisted her head away from the Slytherin and kicked hard. Rushing away she snatched her wand from Malcolm and gave the most 'evil' face, you could say, and pointed her wand at Geoffrey. She gave him the her best, sweet face smile, and her eyes burned with anger. 'Have I mention I am great at Defence against the Dark arts and charms, spells are kind of my thing.' She then thought of another thing. She grinned from ear-to-ear. But as she looked back at Malcolm, she nodded nicely.
'Good job on the perfect.' She whispered before, pointing her wand at Geoffrey. She did not throw it, oh no, she was meerly thinking of the best hex to though his way. Agh, she was going to need to wash her mouth out with soap! 'Tarantallegra ' She whispered, pointing it at Geoffrey feet before turning her back completely on the Slythering, she gracefully, okay not so she fell on her face quickly, made her way over to Malcolm. 'Thank you Malcolm. Of course I would scoup to his level, I am human after all.' With that she placed her wand back in her sock.
'Well, where did Cripple go?' She whispered to herself. As she walked closer to the forest. Hooting softly, she watched her one-eyed owl land on her shoulder. 'You touch me again Geoffrey Scadinger and I-I'll get you.' Her voice was cold, harsh.

Malcolm watched the scene that unfolded in front of his face and saw the furiousness that Rosaleen attacked Geoffrey with such force and he knew that Rosaleen could handle herself. Malcolm then looked at Geoffrey as he planted a kiss on her. He said "Geoffrey whoever told you that is a liar, everyone knows its phoenix tears that have healing properties" He then turned to Rosaleen and said "It looks like i over estimated you. You will make one powerful Witch. and i would of done the same had i gotten an unwanted kiss like that as well" Malcolm said and smiled back to her. and he added "would you like to go and get a butterbeer with me later on?"
