To be honest, Hugo knew very little about the attacks because he rarely paid attention to that sort of thing. He just knew that a bunch of random people were being murdered and no one knew why. There was no sense in getting all worked up over something when no one really knew the truth behind what was going on. He wasn't going to waste his time being scared either. "Nah, don't think like that, Lily. We don't even know for sure if that really happened. No one knows who it was because it probably didn't even happen. Some bored git probably started the rumor because he was bored and got his kicks out of seeing everyone scared." He was sure the Headmistress would have mentioned something about it by now.

Lily gave a week smile and nodded. He was probably right. If someone had really bean attacked surely the Headmaster would have said something right? He wouldn't risk the lives of the students. "Your right some stupid git probably did spread the rumor. If I find out who it was there going to be sorry for it." She walked towards Hugo and wrapped her arm around him in a hug. "You know your not so bad. Yea you can be a pain at times but who isn't?" She let go of him and walked over to Ice. She fed her an owl treat before she flew off to be with the other owls.

It was getting late and Hugo was sure it was already past curfew. He was glad he bumped into Lily and that they finally managed to talk things through. Their argument was so silly and really shouldn't have gone on as long as it did. He hugged her back, grinning at her comment. He thought she was the pain, not him, but kept his thoughts to himself. "It's late already and if we're caught up here, we're done for!" He hugged her again quickly and dashed down the stairs, hoping not to get caught on his way to the dorms.

Luna watched Hugo dash down the stairs and leave before she could even whisper a goodnight. She laughed softly and took out her wand. "Acio Broom," she whispered and waited for her broom. She could see it flying towards her. She steeped up into the opening in the hall and jumped on her broom as it flew under her. She quickly took off for a fly through the grounds before heading to the gryffindor tower. The broom stopped outside her window of her dorm. She pushed the window open and climbed in before grabbing the broom.
